CUSTOMER USER AGREEMENT FOR THE AUTO STORE

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Auto Store (the “App”), operated by Tribology Energies Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Zambia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Customer User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the App and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Services Provided
The App facilitates the following services:
– Connecting users with motor vehicle spare parts traders.
– Linking users to qualified mechanics.
– Arranging tow truck hiring services.
Please note that while we provide the platform for these connections, the actual services are performed by independent third-party providers (“Service Providers”). We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by these Service Providers.
3. User Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Provide accurate and complete registration information.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Use the App only for lawful purposes.
– Not use the App to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
– Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
– Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services arranged through the App are to be made directly to the respective Service Providers. We are not responsible for any payment disputes between you and the Service Providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Cephas Simwanza and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials on the App is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
– The App and services are provided on “as is basis” without warranties of any kind.
– We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided on the App.
– We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or services obtained through it.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
